Director- Xichen Li
Xichen Li graduated with a BA degree in Theatre from the UC, Santa Barbara, specialising in directing. He is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Theatre Making at the University of the Arts London.
His notable work, Prisoner Bird, was official selected for the 78th Festival de Cannes Short Film Corner, the Broadway International Film Festival in Los Angeles, and the 6th Kerala Short Film Festival; it received an Honorable Mention at the Mannheim Arts and Film Festival; and was a finalist at the Near Nazareth Festival and a quarter-finalist at the Asti International Film Festival, amongst other international film festivals.
He has directed numerous theatrical productions, including 4.48 Psychosis, Eurydice, Gruesome Playground Injuries, The Fault, Love in a Fallen City and And Then There Were None.
He has also appeared in productions such as Romeo and Juliet and The Pickwick Papers, winning the 2nd Group Prize at the EdTA China Young Thespian Festival. He has participated in the directing team or appeared in the feature film Blind Radiance and the television series Gao Xing.


Stage Designer- Mingchi Yan
Mingchi Yan is a London-based scenographer and theatre designer working across theatre, installation, and performance.
She received her BA in Drama, Film and TV Art Design from Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts and graduated with distinction from the MA Theatre and Performance Design course at University of the Arts London.
Her practice explores fragmented scenography, material transformation, and psychological space through experimental visual storytelling. Influenced by installation art and material-led processes, her work often combines sculptural forms, recycled materials, and surreal imagery to investigate themes of identity, destruction, and emotional instability.
Recent projects include stage design for The Mask Policy at The Hen & Chickens Theatre, which received a 4-star review from Fringe Review, and Gelin at Canal Cafe Theatre. Her installation Seed was exhibited at SIC Gallery in 2025.
Her stage design work for Tears of Pasika was selected for the 2025 Shanghai North Bund Youth Theatre Festival and received Best Show at the Yuelushan Youth Drama Festival in China.
Producer & Stage Manager - Lulu Liu
Lulu Liu is a London-based producer and theatre maker currently completing an MA in Filmmaking Producing Pathway at Goldsmiths, University of London. Her work explores themes of social pressure, identity, and contemporary youth experience across film and theatre.
She has worked across independent film, theatre, and commercial productions, including the feature film Pegasus 2 and international branded campaigns. Her recent theatre work focuses on psychologically driven and politically engaged performance, blending realism with experimental and physical theatre forms.
